The Stanley® Powerlock® are metric/imperial tape measures featuring thumb operated blade lock, automatic power blade return and a removable belt clip. Life Guard yellow blade, protected with Mylar™ to reduce friction, is easy to read and takes 10 times more abrasive wear than other blades The end of the blade is fitted with a 'true-zero' sliding hook.

The Mylar™ is a polyester coating on both sides of the tape. Additional length of tape (10 times more than the cured powder coating).
