O'KA SPRAY & SEAL contains emulsified wax agent, UV protectant and high monocular silane / siloxane water repellent which provides outstanding water resistance and anti-blocking to mose bulding materials. It penetrates and remains inside the substrates and ready to reactivate upon water impact. It is designed to protect concrete wall, windows, door, panels, cement, stones, marbles, timber structures, furniture, joinery, canvas, leather... against water damages but still allows vapour to pass.
